All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to a physical site inspection where applicable.
A deposit may be required before installation work commences. Full payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
New equipment carries the manufacturer warranty. Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of installation, subject to correct use and regular servicing.
Manufacturer and workmanship warranties are void if the equipment is not serviced at the recommended intervals.
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the installation site. Our technicians comply with all relevant South African health and safety regulations.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled booking. Materials already ordered on the client's behalf remain payable.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from equipment failure outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
